Unlike most brokerages, our goal isn’t to make money off of you. Our main goals are to grow and raise money for charity. Ask about our donation agreement and see how we can help you and others.
We cap our agents at $9,900! That means you receive 100% of your commissions on all deals after meeting your cap for the year. Translation: more money for you and your family. You work hard for your money so we feel you should keep more of it.
Every time an agent meets their cap we give $1,000 to charity! Do you know any brokerage that does anything like that? We don’t.
No hidden or franchise fees! A lot of brokerages have no choice but to charge you more money since they are a franchise or they may want to take advantage of you with transaction or desk fees. That is not us! No annoying fees!
No long-term/ difficult to get out of contracts! Other companies might be worried you’ll find a better offer so they try to lock you up in a contract. Meanwhile, we value freedom and are unconcerned that you might want to switch.
For every agent that joins in 2025, we will give $1,000 to charity! We’re concerned about helping with real estate needs and basic needs. We give back locally and globally - the kind of place you want to work. This is the year to make the switch!
For every MLS house a Blue Eagle Realty agent closes in 2025 we will give $200 to charity! Even if we end up losing money on you joining our brokerage because you sell so many houses we happily pay this out and can provide a copy of the check(s) we send. (And we don’t plan on stopping this program anytime soon.)
Extremely competitive commission splits! For beginning agents we typically do a 70/30 split where 70% goes to you and 30% goes to our brokerage. For agents with more experience we give better commission splits, and for agents who are amazing salespeople MUCH BETTER SPLITS! Tell us what YOU want, and we’ll see what we can do!
